On May 13, MFUR President Paul Moist presented to the Manitoba Standing Committee on Social and Economic Development in support of Bill 25, The Public-Private-Partnerships (P3) Transparency and Accountability Act.
Bill 25: establishes transparency and accountability processes that must be followed when a public sector entity uses a public-private partnership to effect procurement for a major capital project.
